Orders

What is your processing time?

Currently our processing time is 5-8 business days (excluding orders that have pre-order items). If you are placing an order for the upcoming holiday, please make sure you take a look at our holiday order deadline.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately we cannot change your order after you have placed it. Orders may be canceled within 72 hours of placing an order. If you want to cancel your order, please contact us here.

Can you exchange items?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges. If you need a different item, you will need to place a new order and return the item that did not work for you. The returned item will be refunded as soon as it arrives at our studio in the same condition it originally arrived in.

Please note, returns and refunds must be placed within 30 days of receiving your order.

Can I change my shipping address after I placed an order?

Please contact us ASP if you need to change your shipping address.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship orders to every country.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary based on the shipping service selected, where you are shipping the items to, and the total weight of your order. Orders placed within the US get free shipping over $75.

While we do ship internationally, we are unable to subsidize shipping costs. We know that shipping outside of the USA is a large expense, but due to the nature of being a small business, we cannot offer any lower shipping costs than what is shown at checkout.

Which shipping methods do you offer?

Paper Bunny Press primarily ships orders out with USPS and UPS. However, you may select FedEx or DHL at checkout if you would prefer one of those methods.

Do all of your shipments include tracking?

Not all of our shipments include tracking. Please note that if you select "First Class Mail" via USPS at checkout, tracking WILL NOT be included. This option is the most economical, which is why it does not include tracking. Most orders placed with "First Class Mail" arrive within 3-7 business days. Please visit USPS for more information regarding their shipping options.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns. Please note that returns must be processed within 30 days of you receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original packaging and must not be used or damaged. If items are returned in those conditions, a refund will not be issued.

The total cost of your order/items returned, minus the original shipping cost, will be refunded. We DO NOT refund the original postage amount.

Refunds will be sent to the original payment method used to place your order. Funds will be back in your account depending on your credit card or bank's processing times.

Please note, Paper Bunny Press is NOT responsible for return postage.

Account

Do I need to create an account to order?

No it's not mandatory. But it is highly recommended. It will allow you to find your history, edit your addresses and track your parcel online faster. You will also be notified of new products and special events.

Do you save my bank or Credit Card details?

Absolutely not. We never have access to this information. Shopify stores your data and it is completely safe.

Payment

What types of credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Alternatively, you can finalize your order with PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Shop Pay.

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes, we accept wholesale orders! Paper Bunny Press is currently in 350+ retailers across the US and Canada. If you would like to add PBP to your product offering, you can contact us to place an order directly or you can shop our Faire page.

Where do your orders ship from?

All of our orders ship from our studio that is based in Chicago, IL.

Can I pick my order up in person?

Yes, you can! We offer in-studio pick-up to anyone that is local to Chicago. At checkout, there will be an option to select "local pick-up"

Do you have a storefront?

At this time, we do not have a storefront location. However, you are more than welcome to schedule time to shop our studio in-person! Please contact us to schedule a time to shop.

Do you take custom orders?

Paper Bunny Press no longer accepts custom orders or commissions.
